Purchasing and Stock Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Stock Administrator to join our team at StormX Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing and stock management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the purchase and receipt of all incoming stock and shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and warehousing, to ensure seamless customer order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain all documentation, including importation and exportation records.
  • Analyze and interpret stock information using spreadsheets and systems to optimize warehouse efficiency.
