About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a dynamic and forward-thinking department, we offer a range of exciting opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality echocardiography services, including routine transthoracic studies, contrast, 3D, transoesophageal echo, and stress echo. They will also be expected to lead and develop junior staff, providing training and support to achieve British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) accreditation.
Requirements
- Hold a BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent
- Be BSE accredited or equivalent
- Have extensive experience as a Senior Cardiac Physiologist, with advanced knowledge of echocardiography and a caring and compassionate nature
- Hold a valid ILS certificate
