Sales Director

Assure Personnel is delighted to be supporting a leading manufacturing business in Harlow to recruit a UK Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating agreements
- Manage sales administration, including sales reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the wholesale trade and national accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
