Overview:
LTF Recruitment is seeking a skilled and compassionate Educational Support Assistant to join a reputable primary school in the Saltley area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute positively to the educational experience of children in a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the educational development of students within a structured classroom setting.
- Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure their inclusion and progress.
- Facilitate small group intervention sessions, focusing on phonics and other learning strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and secure atmosphere that encourages every child to reach their full potential.

Candidate Requirements:
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or possess at least 12 months of relevant experience in an educational context.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting children with SEN.
- Proven ability to work with students both individually and in small groups, including leading targeted intervention sessions.
- Familiarity with the UK primary education curriculum.
