Job Overview

We are currently seeking to expand our well-established team with a Transaction Manager. This role will be responsible for sourcing investment and sale opportunities and comprehensive transaction management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Investment and Sale Opportunities
    • Identify and source potential investment and sale opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
  • Comprehensive Transaction Management
    • Support and lead the entire transaction process, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, transaction execution, and post-closing management.
    • Take ownership of real estate transactions and manage communication and cooperation with other departments and third-party advisers to ensure successful deal progression.
    • Lead the data gathering and analysis process, supervising the data collection team and transaction analysts, ensuring accuracy and conducting sanity checks of data rooms.
    • Supervise due diligence and Q&A processes, maintaining communication with advisers.
    • Conduct regular market research and stay updated on relevant market developments.
    • Perform financial and feasibility analyses, and prepare business plans.
    • Prepare letters of intent and other relevant transaction documents.
    • Communicate with investors and build and maintain relationships with relevant market players (brokers, advisers, sellers, JV partners, etc.) to generate investment leads.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management, investors, and board members.
    • Communicate investment opportunities, analyses, and recommendations effectively within the company.

Requirements

  • Experience in transactions or asset management within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Great proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK.
