Job Description

**Digital Analyst - Harnham**

We are seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team and drive customer journey analysis & optimisation.

As a Digital Analyst, you will utilise GA4 to deep-dive into customer journeys across mobile, web and app platforms, and work on cross-functional digital insight projects to take ownership of customer journey analysis & optimisation.

You will also work on implementations projects via GTM alongside developers in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise GA4 to analyse customer journeys across mobile, web and app platforms
  • Work on cross-functional digital insight projects to drive customer journey analysis & optimisation
  • Collaborate with developers on implementations projects via GTM
  • Develop and maintain digital analytics tools and processes

Requirements:

  • Digital Analytics experience - with GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
