Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a popular food-led pub with rooms in the Peak District area. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fresh food pub cuisine and be able to create a tantalizing menu using seasonal local produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a menu that showcases the best of local seasonal produce
  • Train and manage a team of chefs to ensure high-quality dishes are produced consistently
  • Manage the financial aspects of the kitchen, including inventory and supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment
  • Ability to create a menu that appeals to a wide range of customers
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Financial management skills
