About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Executive to join our team at Perfect Placement Uk Ltd. As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving vehicle sales to both small and large fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and expand the fleet customer base within the region.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships through regular face-to-face and remote meetings.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
  • Prepare and complete sales tenders.
  • Collaborate with customers, retailers, and partners to establish and maintain strong sales relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Work alongside General Sales Managers and the Fleet Sales team to maximise sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support retailer network fleet campaigns.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets in alignment with the business plan.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales background in the automotive industry, particularly in fleet sales.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of commercial dynamics.
  • Experience in the electric and hybrid vehicle market is highly desirable.
