Job Title: Corporate Lawyer Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our Partnership as a Partner. As a key member of our Corporate Practice, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and development of our firmwide corporate practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on buy side and sell side transactions, as well as general corporate transactions such as reorganisations and corporate joint ventures.
  • Manage transactions independently, supervising junior team members as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including startups, owner managed businesses, and family-owned businesses.
  • Contribute to the development of our Corporate Practice, including identifying new business opportunities and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional knowledge of the law, with the ability to think commercially and analytically.
  • Proven experience of managing client relationships and developing business opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
