Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Jma Wireless. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing material flow and orders with our suppliers and contract manufacturers to mitigate supply chain risks and achieve inventory and customer fulfillment targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Plans: Design and execute the elaboration of a production plan, schedule manufacturing orders, and coordinate the flow of work and materials to meet delivery expectations of forecasted and actual sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, closely monitor the production processes, and regularly provide production status updates to management and facilitate the timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Communicate any demand changes in our planning systems to ensure high accuracy of inventory availability and accuracy in inventory records, item usage history, and forecasting files.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of production planners and coordinators to ensure seamless execution of production plans and inventory management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost improvement, efficiency, risk mitigation, and overall company performance, and implement changes to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in business, technical, or supply chain management, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years' experience in purchasing and/or production scheduling for a manufacturing organization in an MRP environment, with strong understanding and experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, SAP).
  • Skills: Exceptional computer skills and speed, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power BI, Teams, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while working with changing priorities and competing demands.
  • Certifications: APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM certification, and knowledge and experience with Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness coverage, monetary rewards towards health goals, and numerous company-provided personal protection benefits.
