About The Role

Transform Lives Through Effective Communication: Join Us as a Strategic Communications Lead We are on the lookout for a dedicated Strategic Communications Lead to help us share the impactful stories that unfold within our organization every day.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation of communication strategies across the organization, playing a crucial part in enhancing and safeguarding our reputation. Your efforts will ensure that our outstanding educational offerings are recognized throughout the diverse communities we engage with. You will supervise a Student Campaigns Officer, ensuring a continuous flow of narratives from our student body and orchestrating campaigns that foster the development of our learners. Collaborating with our Design and Media Officer, you will create innovative and engaging campaign materials that effectively convey the positive impact our services have on students, staff, stakeholders, and the broader communities we serve. This position is organization-wide, and while you may be based at one of our locations, occasional travel to various sites will be necessary.

About You

What are we looking for? Proven experience in a communications role, whether in-house or within an agency. Exceptional planning and organizational abilities, with a strong aptitude for managing multiple deadlines. Strong skills in content creation, alongside a solid understanding of communication evaluation and reporting. While you will be an integral part of a team, you must also possess the initiative to identify compelling stories that align with our communication objectives.
