As a Client Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting Account Development Managers (ADMs) and their clientele as a dedicated office-based contact. Your primary duties will encompass leveraging your interpersonal skills and comprehensive knowledge to surpass customer expectations, enhancing proactive service delivery and value-added solutions, and managing intricate and sensitive scenarios.
