About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Accommodation team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Facilities Department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our hospital accommodation and associated buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all communal areas, including lounges, kitchens, stairs, and hallways.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of sanitary fixtures, fittings, and surrounds, including baths, basins, toilets, urinals, showers, sinks, and wash hand basins.
  • Clean and maintain cookers, freezers, and fridges.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to carry out the full range of physical requirements for this role.
