Area Store Manager

Oxfam shops have been at the heart of the charity and their community since 1948, raising vital funds and increasing public awareness of our work.
Job Purpose:
As a key member of the area team, your role is to coordinate and provide operational support to our shops within a defined geographical area. You will cover short-term shop manager absences, ensuring uninterrupted trading and maximizing income generation.
Key Responsibilities:
\t- Collaborate with Area Manager and shop managers to allocate shop cover effectively.
\t - Build trusting relationships in each shop to maintain engaged and motivated teams.
\t - Maximize Net Sales Contribution (NSC) and Gift Aid (GA) in all covered shops to agreed targets.
\t - Actively contribute to the local community and wider Retail network.

Requirements:
\t- Previous retail or operational management experience.
\t - Agile and adaptable working style.
\t - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\
