Job Purpose

As a key member of our area team, your role is to coordinate and provide operational support to our shops within a defined geographical area. You will cover short-term shop manager absences, ensuring uninterrupted trading and maximizing income generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Area Manager and shop managers to allocate shop cover effectively.
  • Build trusting relationships in each shop to maintain engaged and motivated teams.
  • Maximize Net Sales Contribution (NSC) and Gift Aid (GA) in all covered shops to agreed targets.
  • Actively contribute to the local community and wider Retail network.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or operational management experience.
  • Agile and adaptable working style.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
