We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at Hotel Chocolat. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury brand environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets
  • Passion for chocolate and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
