Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Join Our Pioneering TeamWe're actively seeking an enthusiastic and devoted Software QA Engineer to join our pioneering team located in Oxford. Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive test plans and test automation tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure our products meet high-quality standards.
- Automate test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to enhance overall product quality and team productivity.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and trends to bring innovative solutions to our QA process.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years as a QA Engineer or similar role in software development.
- Strong knowledge of software QA and testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing for desktop, browser, and cloud software.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, both for E2E tests (Cypress or Playwright) and unit and integration tests (Jest, pytest, GoogleTest, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including in object-oriented and functional programming.
- Hands-on knowledge of debuggers, performance optimization, and unit/integration/E2E testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in C++.
