Regional Operations Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to take on the challenge of leading our Oxfordshire regional office as an Area Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the regional office, including business development, identifying key clients, projects, and frameworks, and work winning and preconstruction.
- Lead the regional team, responsible for operational delivery of multiple projects from pre-contract stages to handovers.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the region, focusing on client relationships, work winning, and safe and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the remote Regional Director to set mid and long-term business strategy and targets.
Fawkes & Reece South is a well-established Tier 2 main contractor with a strong presence in the Oxfordshire region. We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, residential, and commercial.
Requirements:- Proven track record of service and progression within a recognized main contracting organization.
- Effective leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with a strong understanding of client and team management, technical, contractual, and commercial knowledge.
- Ability to demonstrate clear vision, focus, and drive in driving business growth and project delivery.
