About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Support Professional to join our team at our SEN school in Chelmsford. As an SEN Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of lessons and providing tailored learning experiences for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Teaching Team: Work closely with experienced SEN professionals to deliver high-quality learning experiences for students with SEN.
  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide One-to-One Support: Offer individualized support and small group interventions to students who require additional help.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs: Work closely with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Monitor Student Progress: Regularly monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team to ensure that students are meeting their learning goals.
