Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Education Needs (SEN) in a mainstream setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, enabling them to fully participate in activities and make sustained academic and personal progress.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and happiness of all students.
Requirements
- Experience working with students with SEN in a mainstream setting.
