About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Avant Homes. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning and implementation of the site build programme, ensuring that the development is delivered on time, within budget, and to the Avant Homes standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the effective compliance, control, and deployment of the site.
  • Manage the development to maintain in order to deliver its build programme.
  • Engage fully in the process of determining and agreeing development build activities.
  • Take ownership in the management of all onsite labour and sub-contractor activities.
  • Actively manage communications with customers.
  • Effectively manage the development by promoting a customer-focused culture.
  • Attend weekly sales and build site meetings.
  • Assist in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the development.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification or proven experience within Construction Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction build programmes and Scottish building regulations.
  • Experience of timber frame construction.
