Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for an Administrative Reception Specialist to become a vital part of our administrative team at the Dental Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to patients and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage the scheduling of new patient appointments and the registration of new patient referrals.
  • Operate within a busy outpatient reception area, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE in English Grade C or equivalent, or
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

Desirable Qualifications

  • ECDL
  • RSA 1 or 2 or equivalent

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role within an office environment.

  • Experience working in an NHS or hospital setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Familiarity with PAS / eRecord systems.
