We are seeking a committed Senior Pastry Cook to join our brigade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality breads, pastries, and cakes while efficiently managing a bustling a la carte service. This role presents a valuable opportunity for pastry chefs and artisan bakers eager to advance their skills alongside our esteemed Senior Chefs.

You will receive comprehensive training and have the chance to learn innovative techniques in bread and dessert preparation.

Compensation: Up to £35,100 annually

Working Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week
