Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join our team at TeacherActive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement branch sales plans to deliver required results
  • Conduct regular sales and operations meetings to motivate and inspire the team
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team to build the best possible branch
  • Align the branch to the TeacherActive culture and values
  • Recognize and reward employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment
  • Interact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and act on feedback

Requirements:

  • Successful billing record in agency recruitment, preferably in the education sector
  • Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
  • Confident and resilient personality
  • Able to build rapport and strong communication skills
  • Great organizational skills and flawless work ethic
  • Ability to nurture relationships and knowledge of the education recruitment market
