Job Title: Recruitment Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join our team at TeacherActive, a leading provider of supply teachers and teaching support staff in the UK.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers, driving business growth and development, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to achieve sales targets and business growth
  • Develop and implement branch sales plans to deliver required results
  • Conduct regular sales and operations meetings to motivate and inspire the team
  • Recognise and reward employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment
  • Interact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and act on feedback

  • A competitive salary of £43,000 - £63,000 + uncapped commission and bonuses

Requirements:
  • A successful billing record in agency recruitment, preferably in the education sector
  • Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
  • Confident and resilient personality with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to build rapport and nurture relationships with customers and colleagues
