TeacherActive, a leading provider of supply teachers and teaching support staff in the UK, is seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Branch Manager to join our market-leading agency as we continue our plans for growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our recruitment team and drive our growth strategy. As a Permanent Recruitment Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment consultants, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a recruitment management role, preferably in the education sector
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
