Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Company as an Ambassador: Foster a positive image of Frasers Group and its values, embodying the company's mission and vision.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase membership sales, product sales, and secondary revenue streams, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Manage Controllable Costs: Effectively manage stock orders, cleaning supplies, and other expenses to minimize waste and overspend.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting a high standard for performance and behavior, and inspiring team members to achieve their best.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of central processes, such as STRIVE and MOVE, to ensure consistency and high standards across all locations.
- Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members: Lead the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and Improve Processes: Regularly review and refine operational processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
- Provide Feedback and Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
- Manage Facilities and Maintenance: Oversee the reporting of facilities and maintenance-related issues, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Manage Club Rotas: Develop and manage club rotas, ensuring that fully trained team members are always on site and that budgets are met.
- Be Adaptable and Resilient: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing situations and find solutions to complex problems.
- Ensure High Standards of Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation, both on and off shift, ensuring a positive experience for members.
