Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Everlast Gyms team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service and member experience, driving retention and loyalty
- Manage and control operational costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to drive business improvement
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the fitness industry
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
