Key Responsibilities

    • Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific advances and regulatory guidelines in ADME.
  • Team Management
    • Coach, mentor, and line manage team members, utilizing effective communication and leadership skills.
    • Ensure work is performed to an exceptionally high standard, adhering to safety regulations and QC procedures.
    • Participate in training required to perform effectively in the job role.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all activities, adhering to relevant SOPs and Quality policies.
