Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager at Periscope Live, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement event concepts that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site management
  • Oversee the procurement of necessary permits and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage event budgets and financial tracking
  • Supervise event staff and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Provide on-site management and troubleshooting during events
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure innovative and forward-thinking event solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably on the agency side
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
