Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Event Manager Role:

We're seeking an Experience-driven Event Strategist to play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of events from start to finish. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility of working primarily in Daventry, with opportunities for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop event concepts tailored to meet clients' objectives.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site management.
  • Oversight of permits and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Management of event budgets and financial tracking.
  • Supervision of event staff and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Provide on-site management and troubleshooting during events.
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative and forward-thinking event solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and management preferably on the agency side.
  • International experience is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
  • Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Budgeting and financial management experience.

  • A degree or certification in event management or a related field.
