Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, as well as being responsible for creating and managing job advertisements to attract potential candidates on multiple job boards. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience targeting, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Effective Job Advertisements: Develop clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions that reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position.
- Social Media Advertising: Create and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive online presence and attract potential candidates.
- Job Board Management: Create and manage job advertisements on multiple job boards to attract potential candidates.
- Performance Analytics: Analyse performance data to optimise social media advertising campaigns and job advertisements.
Requirements:
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a recruitment or logistics industry.
