Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Attract candidates through various channels, including advertisements, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate and fill bookings in a timely manner to meet client demands.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, background checks, and license verifications to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry regulations.
  • Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance overall service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations and ability to assess candidate suitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
