Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Corby Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities across multiple sectors, while maintaining a strong pipeline.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Attract candidates through advertisements, social media, and marketing campaigns, and attend recruitment events.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate and fill bookings in a timely manner to meet client demands.
- Conduct candidate assessments, background checks, and ensure compliance with client specifications and industry regulations.
- Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance overall service.
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous experience in recruitment required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations and ability to assess candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours to meet business demands.
