Job Description:

Service Manager

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service and Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing teams of engineers, and overseeing the delivery of HVAC projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Manage all financial budgets, P&L, and technical issues to ensure the successful operation of the Service and Maintenance division.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of HVAC projects, meeting client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their continued growth and success.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue additional business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives, increasing contract sales revenue and delivering client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified in HVAC engineering discipline (C&G, HNC, HND, or higher).
  • Experience: Proven background in understanding of budgets and P&L, with strong technical engineering understanding and sales experience.
  • Leadership: Previous experience of managing large engineering teams and delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients, both verbally and in writing.
Package:
  • Salary: Up to £70k + car allowance.
  • Bonus: Eligible for bonus scheme.
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday per annum.
