Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Data and Analytics team in delivering high-quality services, projects, and products that support the strategic direction of NHS Scotland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and management, with expertise in business intelligence and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Scope Demand: Evaluate and prioritize business requirements to ensure effective delivery of services and projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of projects, work packages, and business-as-usual services to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Process Ownership: Develop and maintain processes and standards that support the delivery of our services.
- Service Improvement: Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives that improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Management Experience: Proven track record in leadership and management, with experience in leading teams and delivering business objectives.
- Business Intelligence and Data Analysis: Expertise in business intelligence and data analysis, with experience in working with large datasets and developing insights to inform business decisions.

Working Arrangements:
This role can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, with a hybrid working arrangement that balances flexibility with the need for collaboration and face-to-face interaction. The successful candidate will be required to live and remain a resident within the UK for the duration of their employment with NHS Scotland.
