We are partnering with a leading provider of children's services to offer a permanent position for a Residential Children's Worker in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
This role involves working as part of a team to provide support to children with mental health difficulties and EBD within a children's home.

The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week and will be responsible for:
- Providing support using a person-centred approach.
- Supporting children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family.
- Encouraging children to integrate with the local community by attending clubs or day centres.
- Supporting children in all aspects of their daily living.
- Safeguarding vulnerable children and reporting any suspicion or evidence of harm.
- Committing to continuous professional development.
- Covering other homes when required.
- Liaising with parents and/or carers and other professionals.
