Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our leadership team. This is a critical role that will take ownership and accountability for all operational and technology aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing costs, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Contribute to our strategic direction and drive the implementation of our strategy.
  • Leadership: Be a visible and proactive leader in the business, supporting, challenging, and holding people to account across the business at all levels.
  • Business Partnerships: Support leadership at client meetings, onboarding new clients, and deals.
  • Reporting: Review and design key business reports to highlight growth, risks, and opportunities.
Operational Excellence
  • Supplier Selection: Lead the selection and evaluation of suppliers and implement new capabilities.
  • Project Management: Support and lead critical new projects, including new market entry, compliance, project planning, and new country setup.
  • Website Management: Ensure our website is fit for purpose and receives the necessary investment and support.
  • Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with key partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and value for money.

  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time and budget while effectively balancing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive growth, optimize costs, and deliver operational excellence.
