Process Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Ensure all necessary controls are in place and effective, and drive control enhancements through the implementation of preventative controls using systems, tools, and processes.
- Lead the Insurer Services input and coordination for regulatory and cross-functional initiatives, and lead/coordinate deep dive reviews and assurance activities for specific regulatory, conduct, and performance outcomes.
- Drive and track identified actions through to successful delivery.
- Experience within the insurance industry, with claims experience being a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive control enhancements and lead/coordinate deep dive reviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
