MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a Recruitment Operations Supervisor to assist our Recruitment Team in the process of interviewing and onboarding new personnel nationwide. This position will involve regular travel, utilizing a company vehicle.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in security. The role will report directly to our Recruitment Manager and will collaborate closely with other essential team members.

The position operates on a 4-on-4 off schedule, with the flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary.

Shift hours: 07:00-19:00, with flexibility

Compensation: £12.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dependable support to the recruitment team
  • Manage the complete recruitment process for various positions within the organization: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and verifying identification and right to work documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of recruitment-related paperwork
  • Create a welcoming and engaging environment for potential candidates and new hires
  • Facilitate training for new employees
  • Demonstrate confidence in leading and supporting existing staff
  • Maintain communication with management, control room, and clients

Qualifications:

  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to travel to various locations during shifts
  • Strong communication and written English skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Complete 5-year checkable work/education history
  • Valid SIA SG or DS Licence
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong time management abilities
