Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor / Manager (Water Civils Project)

Future Build Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Supervisor or Manager to join a medium-sized civil engineering contractor for a £2m water sector project in Solihull.

This project involves the construction of a new chemical dosing facility and includes the following key works:

  • Construction of 7 large structural slabs for equipment.
  • Installation of new ductwork, pipework, and cabling.
  • Infill works, new paving, and the construction of an access road towards the end of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing site staff and working supervisors.
  • Overseeing the daily operations on-site to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Supervisor or Site Manager on civils projects.
  • Experience in RAMS amendments, 2-week programmes, and standard site safety, environmental, and quality documentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

This project is scheduled to run for 35 weeks, with the opportunity for continued work on future projects in the Solihull area thereafter.
