Job Title: Traffic Operations Supervisor

The Traffic Operations Supervisor is an essential member of the management team, responsible for overseeing transportation, traffic management, operational efficiency, and emergency preparedness.

  • Direct and manage program activities for designated shifts.
  • Lead a team with strong human resource management capabilities.
  • Oversee operational duties including traffic management, public safety, communication, and enforcement of facility policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Skilled in interpreting and implementing regulations and policies.
  • Experience in managing Human Resources policies and initiatives.
  • Competence in computer applications and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Must possess or be able to acquire a valid driver's license.

Additional Considerations

  • Previous experience in leadership and team direction.
  • Experience in emergency management operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding of safety and security protocols, as well as emergency response strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
