Requirements
  • Demonstrated success communicating effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Demonstrated success compiling concise, accurate reports and drawing accurate conclusions
  • Demonstrated proficiency interpreting, explaining, and applying regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated success administering Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based software
  • Demonstrated success providing good customer service to internal and external customers/stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience leading and directing the work of others
  • Emergency Operations experience
  • Demonstrated ability operating traffic management, telecommunications, and audio equipment
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to analyze complex problems
  • Experience working in 24/7 operations
