Paid Media Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Advertising, LinkedIn, and Paid Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with external agencies
  • Manage PPC budgets to optimise ROI
  • Analyse campaign data to generate insightful reports
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn management
  • Previous paid campaign management experience
  • Experience delivery of ROI against paid campaign targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organisation and work ethic

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in our Peterborough office a minimum of 3 days/week (2 days WFH), with occasional travel to our London office. You must be able to drive due to the office location.
