About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Parts Call Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Your main focus will be on inbound Trade Sales, with a small element of retail customers, while also making outbound calls to generate new Trade customers and re-establish contact with lapsed Trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pricing information and build strong relationships with customers
  • Order required parts for delivery to customers' local Vantage centres
  • Agree payment and delivery schedules with Trade customers

You will be working closely with our dealerships to resolve any issues and provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm for delivering great customer service
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs
  • Experience in stock ordering in a similar role
