We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Desk Team Lead to join our team at Crayon. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists and ensuring they deliver high-quality support for Microsoft 365 applications and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of technical support specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, complex issues, and service requests related to Microsoft 365 applications and Azure.
- Oversee team performance by conducting performance reviews, team meetings, and individual check-ins, in collaboration with Human Resources, to support continuous improvement.
- Leverage program initiatives to inspire and drive exceptional team performance.
- Recognize and celebrate successes, ensuring all achievements are acknowledged and rewarded.
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT Operations, or System Administration from a L2 or L3 support perspective. We would highly value MSP background.
- 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Managerial role
- Well-versed with Support as a Service (SaaS)
- Microsoft 365 and/or Azure certifications
- You will be an excellent communicator and interpersonal skills along with an inspiring leadership approach, will allow you to foster a dynamic team environment.
- You will leverage your problem-solving skills to address urgent concerns in a timely manner, while proactively communicate updates.
- You will be a customer-driven and people-oriented lead who thrives making their stakeholders succeed.
