Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to develop and present a comprehensive sales strategy for the North West Area, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Maximize sales revenue by executing the sales strategy, from product introduction to closing and contract negotiation, while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Optimize product mix, pricing, and margins to meet agreed-upon targets, leveraging customer and prospect contact tools and systems to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Record, analyze, and report sales data and market intelligence, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to inform business decisions.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of consistent over-plan performance.
  • Thorough knowledge of the NHS competitive marketplace, including the decision-making process and economic buyer dynamics.
