We are seeking an exceptional Director of Operations to join our team at Brainkind, a leading charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a robust strategy for Brainkind's operations, ensuring financial viability and recognition as a leading service provider.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to maintain occupancy levels and develop plans to increase referrals and service provision.
  • Translate innovative strategies into growth by planning, adapting, and mobilizing new services.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, NHS, and Local Authorities.
