Portfolio Oversight and Management Support Specialist

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including portfolio oversight, fund accounting, and operational issue resolution. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of financial professionals and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global High Yield team in meeting their main responsibilities, including daily oversight, NAVs, and reporting packages.
- General support for traders and portfolio managers, cash management oversight, and operational issue resolution.
- Maintain awareness of client mandates, portfolio governing documents, and regulatory restrictions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, third-party administrators, and other service providers.
- Assist with the team's framework of monthly and quarterly processes/controls.
Requirements
- Graduate in economics, finance, or mathematics or equivalent.
- Proactive and able to think outside the box, focusing on process enhancements.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Experience in analysing and providing query resolutions.
- Clear communicator, both verbally and written, with high attention to detail and accounting experience.
