Job Title: Associate Director of Governance, Reporting and Portfolio Oversight

About the Role:

The Associate Director of Governance, Reporting and Portfolio Oversight will play a critical role in overseeing the Directorate's governance and reporting commitments. This includes day-to-day management and oversight of IES governance, including responsibility for the work of the Partnerships Committee and Partnerships Advisory Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and provide oversight of the IES portfolio to support the directorate in monitoring and reporting on key programmes, projects, relationships, and their associated risks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the university's engagement at home and abroad, while providing a home for a portfolio of innovative programmes that generate and measure impact and serve the communities we work with and for.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategy & Operations to ensure effective governance and reporting practices.

IES is a new Directorate at King's that brings together the expertise of teams engaging with communities and partners locally, nationally, and globally. The Directorate provides strategic leadership for the university's engagement at home and abroad, while providing a home for a portfolio of innovative programmes that generate and measure impact and serve the communities we work with and for.
